Prices on this site are starting points for typical jobs. A firm price is confirmed by phone or after a site visit, depending on the work involved.
How prices are set
Simple jobs such as servicing or a basic repair callout are often quoted by phone once we know the unit type and symptoms. Installations, multi-unit work and anything requiring a site inspection are quoted after a visit, and the quote covers labour, standard materials and disposal where applicable.
Payment methods
We accept cash upon completion of the work and bank transfer against invoice. No card details are collected through this site.

Invoicing
An invoice is issued on completion of the work, showing labour, parts and any materials used. For business clients, invoices can be issued against a purchase order number and sent by email for payment by bank transfer within the agreed terms.
Deposits and materials
For larger installations, a deposit of around twenty per cent may be requested to secure materials and a booking date, with the balance due on completion.
Late payment
Payment is due on the day the work is completed, and overdue invoices may be followed up with a reminder after seven days.
